Our People
Meet the Team
Little Jenna's Grooming was founded on love and compassion for grooming and the health of our four legged friends. We know grooming is a necessary requirement for all pets — long-haired, short-haired, even no-haired. That's why we strive to make your pet feel like they're home. We keep the noise levels low and stress levels low, all while keeping the positive energy high.

Ashleigh Lopez
Owner / Professional Groomer
Ashleigh began grooming in high school, drawn to the craft during an animal science class. Her professional path started at 18, blending her need for a promising career with her passion, especially as a new mother. A career highlight was getting her first place award at the Hershey grooming competition. She is an avid competitor, traveling the country hoping to win and gain more knowledge for her staff. She is also studying for her NCMG (National Certified Master Groomer) through the NDGAA (National Dog Groomer's Association of America).
She has a particular fondness for Poodles, owning three Standard Poodles herself, and appreciates their elegance and adaptability. Besides grooming, Ashleigh's artistic side flourishes in photography and crafting, adding a creative touch to her work. She enjoys sharing insights, like the Poodle's origins as German water retrieving dogs, merging grooming expertise with fascinating canine facts.

McKenzie K.
Salon Manager / Professional Groomer
McKenzie's grooming journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for dogs, so deep that her first word was "dog". Her diverse experience as a vet tech and bather, coupled with her interest in dog training, eventually led her to the world of grooming, where she feels most at home.
For McKenzie, the most fulfilling part of grooming is working with challenging dogs and witnessing their behavior transform in a consistent and loving environment. She believes every dog is unique and special, which is why she doesn't play favorites with breeds. Each pet brings its own charm and challenge to the grooming table. When she's not busy grooming, McKenzie is a dedicated Taylor Swift fan, loves adding to her vinyl collection, and expresses her creativity through painting.

Holly M.
Professional Groomer
Holly found her grooming calling at a corporate salon, turning a quest to escape dead-end jobs into a passion for working with animals. She excels in transforming grooming sessions into trust-building experiences, especially for fearful dogs, helping them find comfort and joy in the process. In 2024, she showcased her skills on a competitive stage, winning first place at Hershey's Rescue Round Up competition.
Her favorite breed to groom is the Yorkie, inspired by her own Yorkie/Chihuahua mix. She loves their varied personalities and enjoys styling them in everything from elegant long coats to playful Asian fusion cuts. Outside the salon, Holly's hobbies range from gaming and true crime documentaries to creative endeavors like makeup and coloring.

Carleigh F.
Professional Groomer
Carleigh found her way into grooming through a love for both creativity and animals. Her first job was in a hair salon while she was studying cosmetology, but she soon realized something still felt missing. After beginning work at a dog daycare, she discovered how much she enjoyed building one-on-one connections with dogs. That experience led her to become a bather, attend grooming school, and grow into a career that has been both creative and deeply rewarding. A memorable moment in Carleigh's grooming journey was working with an anxious dog named Bean. With time, patience, and trust, Bean slowly began to come out of his shell and eventually became excited to see her. For Carleigh, moments like that are a reminder that grooming is not just about the finished haircut, but about helping each pet feel safe, understood, and cared for.
Carleigh has a soft spot for mixed-breed puppies and enjoys how each one brings something completely unique to the table, from their look to their personality. Outside of grooming, she enjoys makeup, dancing, spending time with friends, thrifting, making slime, and collecting squishies. She also loves fun dog facts, like how every dog has a unique nose print, similar to a human fingerprint.

Valerie G.
Professional Groomer
Valerie discovered her path into pet grooming through family. After sending her three daughters to grooming school, she realized the profession was a natural fit and decided to follow in their footsteps. She attended an accredited, hands-on grooming school in California, where she completed four months of training before graduating.
One of the most meaningful experiences during her education was grooming rescue dogs on slower days to help them become more adoptable — a journey that led her to adopt two of her own, Squirrel and Alice. Rather than favoring a specific breed, Valerie finds the most fulfillment in working with dogs that may be considered difficult or anxious, particularly senior pets who require extra patience and care.

Sophiah P.
Professional Pet Bather
Sophiah's love for animals started at a young age, with Animal Planet as her favorite channel and dogs always holding a special place in her heart. She began working with dogs professionally at a daycare center, and after her time there, she knew she wanted to continue building a career around animals. That path led her to her first bathing job, where she fell in love with the grooming profession. One of Sophiah's most rewarding experiences was helping a nervous puppy through his very first professional groom. With all the new sights and sounds, he needed extra patience and reassurance. By moving at his pace, offering a few treats, and taking time to build trust, Sophiah was able to help him relax and understand that grooming could be a positive experience.
Sophiah has a special fondness for sighthounds, especially Greyhounds. She loves their sweet expressions, gentle personalities, and the fact that they are true gentle giants — unless there is a squirrel nearby. Outside of grooming, Sophiah enjoys watching anime, cuddling with her cats, baking, and studying foreign languages. She also enjoys sharing fun canine facts, like how dogs can have a dominant right or left paw, just like people.
